Dr. Ade Ogundimu’s practice spans painting and sculpture, centering on themes of identity, postcolonial memory, and the evolving narratives of contemporary African life. Drawing from his Nigerian roots and experiences as an artist in London, Ogundimu explores the psychological and cultural aftereffects of empire, migration, and belonging.
His dynamic brushwork, rich colour palettes, and abstract symbolism infuse his works with the tension and vibrancy of the modern era.
